_{Please take time to read these Terms and Conditions governing the Sensess Retreats website and provision of accommodation in general.}

_{By accessing the website and or by making a booking, you agree to accept, without limitation or criterion, all of these terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Sensess Retreats.}

_{All reservations made at Sensess Retreats are made subject to these terms and conditions and the person making the reservation will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions on behalf of all persons who will be staying or using the facilities at the Sensess Retreats under the reservation (once the reservation is accepted and confirmed by Sensess Retreats.}

_{Guest challenging or refusing to accept the Terms and Conditions herein will be refused entry or forced to leave the premises should the guest challenge the Terms and Conditions after check-in under the Cancelation Policy terms.}

_{Reservations may also be governed by and subject to additional terms and conditions which are applicable to individual Sensess Retreats.}

_{You agree that you will make only legitimate reservations in good faith for use by you and your invited guest only, and not for other purposes, including without limitation, reselling, impermissibly assigning or posting on third party websites, or making speculative, false or fraudulent reservations, or any reservation in anticipation of demand.}

_DEFINITIONS

_{In these terms and conditions:}

_{“Sensess Retreats” means any of Sensess Retreats’ properties.}

_{“We”, “our”, “us” and “Sensess” or “Sensess Pty Ltd” or Driftwood, Driftwood Cottages or Driftwood, Dover means Sensess Retreats, or Sensess.}

_{“You” and “your” mean the person who is making the reservation.}

_{WEBSITE AVAILABILITY}

_{Sensess Retreats website is accessible worldwide to anyone with Internet access. However, the site may not be continuously available due to maintenance or repairs or due to computer problems or crashes, disruption in Internet service or other unforeseen circumstances.}

_{ACCOUNTS/PASSWORDS}

_{Our websites may provide you with the ability to use usernames, passwords, or other codes or devices to gain access to certain portions of our websites (“access codes”). You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access codes and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your account in our sole discretion and without prior notice to you wherever there is a reason including, for example, if you violate any part of these Terms of Use.}

_{COMMUNICATIONS}

_{Sensess principal communication medium is via email prior to arrival and secondary via phone text from the day Guests are due to arrive. Any requests made by guest must be followed up via an email to Sensess or its individual Retreats pertaining to your booking.}

_{Sensess can only communicate to the booker. Any other person must be approved by the booker in writing for Sensess to take instruction from a secondary person accompanying the booker.}

_{The Guest is responsible for providing their principle communications medium such as email and mobile phone number. The Retreat will communicate with the Guest important or emergency information and updates regarding their upcoming stay and whilst in residence.}

_{It is the Guests responsibility to maintain their communications provided to Sensess open. Sensess is not responsible for the Guest not receiving Sensess communications due to incorrect or misleading information provided on the Guest booking. With this, communications sent to the Guest/s by Sensess will be deemed as received.}

_{Sensess does not send out reminders as to when funds will be taken to include balance payments as this is communicated within Booking Terms & Conditions and reinforced again in the first booking confirmation and pre-arrival information sent 14 nights prior to arrival.}

_{SMOKING POLICY}

_{Sensess Retreats are 100% smoke free. Failure to comply may result in eviction and charges (see Damages and Fire Safety).}

_{GUARANTEE POLICY}

_{Sensess will process a}_{pre-authorization}_{of $350.00 on th e Guest credit card on check-in unless the guest is aware and has notified the Retreat of their intended late arrival outside of reception operating hours whereby Sensess will process the pre-authorization prior to the guest arrival. It is solely the Guest responsibility to ensure their card validity and sufficiency of funds. Failure to process due to insufficient funds or blocked card will all credit cards on check-in to check for.}

_{If you are arriving outside reception operating hours, a pre-authorization will be processed prior to the Guests arrival (see Check-In Policy).}

_{Pre-authorization cards are held as security for the duration of your stay and may be utilized by the Retreat for any applicable charges, including minibar and incidentals.}

_CASHLESS

_{Sensess Retreats does not hold cash at any of its facilities for security and in addition, for the option of contactless transactions.}

_{PHOTO IDENTIFICATION}

_{Valid government issued photo identification (ID) matching the name of the main guest within the reservation must be presented at time of check-in. This is required to verify your identity for Retreat security purposes and to protect the credit cardholder. A valid Australian driver’s license or Australian issued proof of age card. If providing an international passport, we will need a secondary ID showing the residential address of the Guest. This ID may be copied and securely stored as record that we have verified who you are and your authority to use your credit card as a combat to increasing credit card fraud. As per our privacy policy, any personal information contained on the collected identification will be deleted within 6 months of the Guests’ departure.}

_{Guests planning to arrive after reception hours will need to send through a copy of their ID by text tor email directly to the Retreat.}

_DAMAGES

_{Every registered guest is personally liable for all charges and remain liable for all damages of the accommodation or property therein, or any discrepancies during their stay, due to actions of themselves or their accompanied Guests. In the event of foregoing, the registered guests give Sensess the authority to charge the registered guests credit card for any losses incurred by Sensess.}

_{Items such as but not limited to umbrellas, binoculars, bathrobes, towels and equipment etc. provided by the retreat for guests to use must remain on the property. Should these items be taken off site and broken, they must be turned in to assess the damage for cause, warranty or insurance. Otherwise, the guest will be changed for replacement.}

_{Sensess reserves the right to charge for any breakages or damage incurred during your stay due to reckless behaviour or cleaning charges in excess of the normal level of cleaning due to smoking and/or preparing strong food such as fish, curries. And/or leaving your cottage in unreasonable condition, that would require additional staff person/hours.}

_{Such charges may include lost revenue nights it may take the clean or repair such damages plus the additional cost of labour and/or repairs plus 15% admin fee. Should the guest be unable or unwilling to pay for damages, Sensess reserves the right to take legal action and engage debt collection agencies.}

_{FAILURE OF SERVICES OR EQUIPMENT/APPLIANCES}

_{We make every effort to ensure the property is spotlessly presented for your stay. If you note any issues, please contact us immediately so that we can remedy this. We will do our very best to get the item or service fixed, restored or replaced as quickly as possible.}

_PAYMENTS

_{A nominated valid credit card MUST be on the Guest reservation.}

_{Payments may be made by credit card (as indicated for online bookings or as indicated as being accepted at the relevant Retreat). Sensess does not accept cash.}

_{Please note that if you are settling your account with any credit card a credit card transaction fee may apply where applicable.}

_{You agree to pay interim accounts when presented even though you may not have departed from our Retreat.}

_{You agree that any charges for services, sales, consumables and incidentals, not billed at the time of your departure, may be added to your account for settlement as arranged or may be charged to the same credit card used to pay the account at the time of departure or to the credit card used to guarantee payment of your account.}

_{RATES AND CHARGES}

_{You agree that you will pay to us the accommodation rate for each day of your stay and any additional charges up until the time you advise us that you have departed from our Retreat.}

_{All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (unless otherwise specified) per cottage per night and are inclusive of relevant local GST.}

_{Prices are subject to availability and can change without notification due to fluctuations in charges and currency.}

_{The “from” rates displayed on the website are indicative rates only, are subject to availability & terms and conditions apply. Please select dates and check availability to get the most up to date pricing.}

_{Each rate or Retreat package available via Sensess Retreats website is subject to individual terms and conditions stipulated by individual Retreats.}

_{RESERVATION, AMENDMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY}

_{Sensess strongly advise taking travel insurance}

_{All reservations are subject to availability. Reservations made on Sensess Retreats website are considered conditional until a confirmation number is given to you to substantiate the reservations by email. Sensess may, from time to time, communicate with you, to re-confirm the reservations and to prevent any simulated bookings.}

_{Sensess is not responsible for communication failures, errors, difficulties, or other malfunctions or lost, stolen, or misdirected transactions, transmissions, messages, or entries on or in connection with the websites. Sensess is not responsible for any incorrect information associated with any transaction or transmission on or to the websites regardless of whether such incident is the result of user error, system error, or human error.}

_{Sensess reserves the right to impose a cancellation fee. For any booking that requires payment on check-in to the Retreat, booking must be cancelled by the time indicated on the reservations confirmation before arrival to avoid additional loss of payment.}

_{• A non-refundable deposit fee equivalent to the first / one night is charged to all reservations upon booking and the remaining balance is due up to 14 nights prior to the guest’s arrival.}

_{• Cancelations from the time of booking and up to 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the non-refundable deposit equal to the first night of the booking. All single night bookings will forfeit the entire booking.}

_{• Any cancellations within 14 days or failures to arrive on the due date or cancelled days after arrival will be charged at full rate. A no-show is when you do not check-in on the day of your booking reservation.}

_{• Should you wish to amend any reservations, modifications may be made by contacting the Retreat prior to 14 days of arrival for an administrative fee of $60.00. Changes to any reservation can only be done once. Any changes thereafter may incur a cancelation fee equivalent to the first night.}

_{• Sensess will not be liable should it fail to provide its products and services due to no availability for the changed reservation. We do not provide refunds on deposits, and this is the limit of the Retreat’s liability.}

_{• Should Sensess need to change a confirmed reservation; Sensess will use all reasonable attempts to facilitate a rebooking within a three-month window at no additional cost to the guest.}

_{• In the event that Sensess, for reasons beyond its control need to cancel a reservation due to a crisis such as adverse weather conditions that may affect the safety of guests and infrastructure such as official warnings from authorities of impending storms, floods and extreme and above fire ratings, Sensess may require in residence guests to leave and prevent incoming guests from entering. Guests need to ensure their travel insurance is current and covers such events.}

_{Sensess does not guarantee acknowledgement of reservations or transactions made on Sensess Retreats website arising from unforeseen circumstances, omissions or errors that may sometimes occur.}

_CHECK-IN

_{Standard check-in time is from 14:00hrs (2pm) and check-out time is before 10:00hrs (10am). Although reception is open from 08:00hrs (8am) thru to 21:00hrs (9pm), reception operating hours are 09:00hrs (9am) till 17:00hrs (5pm).}

_{All Guests are required to confirm and sign a standard accommodation registration form on check-in at reception. This will include confirming, correcting or adjusting the following information:}

_{• Guest’s full names}

_{• Residential address (must match the Guests Government ID)}

_{• Mobile phone number}

_{• Email address}

_{• Vehicle make and model, colour and registration}

_{• Signature}

_{A $350.00 pre-authorization will then be processed on the Guests nominated credit card.}

_{Arriving after hours.}

_{Should Guests arrive after reception operating hours, we will need to be notified a day prior to check-in to arrange Guest registration over email whereby we will send the out a guest registration form and the Guest will complete all fields, sing, scan and return to us by midday on the day of check-in.}

_{We will then process a $350.00 pre-authorization (see Guarantee Policy), place the cabin key in a lock box at the Guests designated cabin and text arrival instructions.}

_{Early check-in time requests will be subject to departing guests checking-out early and the condition of the accommodation which will determine housekeeping timing. A pre-arranged guaranteed early check-in can be arranged which will incur a fee equivalent to a night’s stay and will need to be reserved in advance.}

_{You must advise us of any change in the number of persons using the accommodation. Driftwood has maximum occupancy is two (2) adults only in our Studio Cabins, or a maximum of two (2) adults and two (2) children from the minimum age of 12 can be accommodated in our One Bed Studio Cabin which must be booked as such at an additional fee per person.}

_CHECK-OUT

_{Standard check-out time is indicated on the confirmation of the reservation for the date shown for your departure unless we agree to another time.}

_{Departure after that time will incur additional accommodation charges to cover additional housekeeping persons to turn the accommodation around in time for incoming Guests.}

_{You are and remain personally liable to pay the total amount due on departure unless prior settlement arrangements have been accepted by us. If the settlement arrangements have not been met within 14 days of arrival you agree to pay the total amount due on the receipt of our invoice.}

_{You must return the key and/or security card for the accommodation at or prior to the time of your departure and agree to pay a charge for the replacement of keys and signature key rings you lose or fail to return.}

_{Although we do not expect our Guests to clean for Sensess, we do ask that your cabin is left in a reasonable clean condition. This will include leaving all cooking facilities in a clean condition (cleaning materials are provided) and all foods taken with you or disposed of in the appropriate receptacles provided and reporting any mini-bare usage or damages. Failure to do so will result in charges from your pre-authorization and further charges should consumables or damages exceed the pre-authorization (see Damage Policy).}

_MINORS

_{As Sensess operate primarily couple’s retreats, we do not have facilities to accommodate persons under the age of 18, however Driftwood can accommodate up to two (2) children with a minimum age of 12 in our One Bedroom Studio Cabin. Otherwise, Driftwood has a maximum accommodation allowance of two (2) adults only. Any guests attempting to invite additional persons and/or persons of any age will be asked to leave without refund. In such events the management will engage the enforcement authorities.}

_{FACILITIES AND SERVICES}

_{Whilst care is taken to ensure that the description of our facilities and services is accurate, these are continually being changed, upgraded, and on occasion taken out of service. If any feature or facility is essential to you in choosing a particular property, it is your responsibility to confirm with the property prior to making your reservation that the feature or facility will be available during your stay or use of the services.}

_{To the extent permitted by law, Sensess Retreats are not liable for omissions, errors or changes to the facilities and services at a property, whether temporary or permanent.}

_{Accommodation fireplaces are for use in winter months only.}

_{Accommodation facilities listed may not apply to all cabin types.}

_{FIRE SAFETY}

_{All guests are to be mindful about fire safety in and outside of your accommodation.}

_{As per our Smoking Policy, there is strictly no smoking or vaping on any Sensess properties. If you decide to smoke on the balconies, ensure you do so away from the doors which need to be closed when smoking (see Damages Policy). Extinguish cigarettes appropriate and never though or around the balconies as this may cause a fire.}

_{Never leave any cooking appliances (including the BBQ) unattended or forget to set a timer on cooking. Fires from cooking will be considered negligent behavior (see Damages Policy).}

_{The cabin fireplaces should never leave the fire unattended. If you are planning on going out in the day, light the fire upon your return if you are staying in. Never place items over, against or near the glass fire guard. Never use ethanol fuel for the fires apart from what is supplies by the Retreat. Adding your own fuel of any kind may result in replacing the fireplace at the cost of the Guest (see Damage Policy).}

_{Open flames of any kind are strictly forbidden on Sensess properties apart from the cabin fireplaces during winter months only. Guests are not permitted to bring and use candles, sparklers or other products that may produce fire.}

_{PROHIBITED ITEMS}

_{The safety and security of Our Retreats is paramount and, as such, you are prohibited from carrying certain items onto Our properties.}

_{We can deny entry or evict any person in possession of any weapons or illicit substances. This list is not exhaustive and any other items may be refused at the discretion of our security staff.}

_{The following items (this is not an exhaustive list) will not be permitted:}

_{• Items not supplied by the Retreat containing any kind of heating element, such as but not limited to immersion heaters, heating blankets, clothes irons, water heaters, coffee machines with heating / hot plates, etc.}

_{• Candles (other than LED), sparklers, fireworks}

_{• Any Illegal narcotics / drugs or substances}

_{• All firearms including replicas, imitations and their components}

_{• Air, BB or pellet pistols or rifles}

_{• Any other projectile-weapon (e.g., paint ball guns)}

_{• All ammunition}

_{• All explosives, including imitation explosives and devices}

_{• Fireworks, flares, pyrotechnics}

_{• Sharp pointed weapons including throwing stars}

_{• Knives with a blade longer than 4 inches/10.16 cm}

_{• Spears or spear guns}

_{• Crossbows, crossbow bolts and long bow arrows}

_{• Blunt weapons including knuckle dusters, brass knuckles, clubs, coshes, batons, flails or nunchaku}

_{• Items containing incapacitating substances (e.g. gas guns, tear gas sprays, mace, phosphorus, acid and other dangerous chemicals that could be used to maim or disable)}

_{• Flammable substances and hazardous chemicals}

_{• Any other item made, adapted or intended for use as an offensive weapon}

_{• Stun devices}

_{• Any remotely controlled or autonomously flying devices, toys or drones}

_{• Compressed gas tanks, bottles, cylinders including dive tanks, propane tanks and aerosol cans}

_{• Lasers and laser pointers}

_{• Chlorine/bleach, hair dye, ammonia, incense (burning or otherwise), joss sticks, essential oils, bath oils and bombs, firewood other than approved by Sensess (winter months only).}

_{• Allowed to bring but not be used on Sensess property, chain saws, power tools, dirt bikes, quad or three wheel ATV bikes, dune or mud buggies, anything that can be used to alter fauna or flora or buildings or to make noise.}

_{DOMESTIC PETS, DOGS, CATS & SERVICE ANIMALS}

_{Please note, animals of any kind cannot be brought onto Sensess properties without prior written permission. Due to potential allergies of other guests which requires extensive deep cleaning after pets, Sensess regrettably does not allow domestic pets in and around the cabins.}

_{Sensess is pleased to permit individuals to bring service animals with them during the stay, subject to advanced notice so we can block the day after for deep cleaning.}

_{THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES}

_{Sensess Retreats sometimes includes third party products or services in special packages and Sensess Retreats is not liable under any circumstances for any failure by third party providers to provide products or services, nor for any error, alteration or change of any kind made by those third party providers following acceptance of a booking by them.}

_{All third party coupons, vouchers, receipts and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by those third parties.}

_{Sensess Retreats does not warrant the accuracy of any information, statements or representations made by third parties and is not liable for any act or omission, default or negligence of any third party provider.}

_{RELEASES AND INDEMNITY}

_{Any monies or other valuables, goods or vehicles that belong to you, brought in or on to the cabins, grounds or car park remain your responsibility and we are not responsible for their safekeeping.}

_{To the extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Sensess Retreats and its current and former officers, employees and agents against and from all expenses, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments and losses of any kind whatsoever (including consequential and economic losses, property loss/damage and damage for injury, including personal injury and death) arising out of, caused by, attributable to or resulting from your reservation or your stay at the relevant Sensess Retreats for any reason whatsoever.}

_{You agree to indemnify Sensess Retreats and its current and former officers, employees and agents for all expenses, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments and losses of any kind whatsoever (including consequential and economic losses, property loss/damage and damage for injury, including personal injury and death) incurred or suffered by Sensess Retreats or its current or former officers, employees or agents arising out of, caused by, attributable to or resulting from your reservation or your stay at the relevant Sensess Retreats except to the except caused or contributed to by Sensess Retreats or is current or former officer’s, employee’s or agent’s negligence.}

_{You agree that regardless of your length of stay there is no tenancy or other proprietary rights created under any laws.}

_{We grant you a license to stay in and/or use the facilities in our Retreat and we reserve the right to terminate the license at any time.}

_{USE OF INFORMATION}

_{You agree we may use your phone, residential and email address to send you information.}

_GENERAL

_{The Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tasmania and Federal government of Australia.}

_{Nothing in these terms and conditions affect any rights you may have and which by law cannot be excluded, including under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and under State and Territory consumer protection legislation.}

_{GUEST CONDUCT POLICY}

_{The Guest Conduct Policy is intended to help ensure that all guests are able to participate in a safe and enjoyable stay and sets forth standards of conduct for guests to follow throughout their Sensess experience,}

_{This policy is not intended to be all inclusive, and it is likely there will be conduct issues that it does not specifically address. In that event, as in all others, guests are expected to follow the direction of the Retreat management which will take appropriate action to ensure the safety, security and wellbeing of our guests. In addition to this policy, guests are expected to comply with applicable laws. Updates to the Guest Conduct Policy may be made between publications of this document.}

_{Safety and Security are everyone’s responsibility. All guests must adhere to Retreats signage, instruction and advice within the Terms and Conditions and Resident Directory in each cabin. Should anyone become aware of someone being injured or of unsafe or possibly illegal behavior during their stay, they should immediately report this to Retreat Staff or management. If you do not immediately report an injury or unsafe / illegal behavior this delay may cause Retreat personnel to be unable to effectively respond to the situation. A reporting delay may also cause the Retreat to be unable to properly preserve information or evidence and may cause a delay in notifying the proper law enforcement or other Government officials.}

_{Party Policy Sensess has a no party policy. This includes Sensess standard No Visitor Policy meaning only registered guests are permitted on the property and any guests found inviting other persons onto Sensess property will result in penalty charges and or eviction at the discretion of Management.}

_{Guest and Staff Interaction. Our staff members are friendly, outgoing and helpful, and they will do their very best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Please do not misinterpret their friendliness. Staff members are prohibited from engaging in physical relationships with guests. Staff members are not permitted to socialize with guests beyond their professional duties, and are not permitted to be in guest cottages, except for the performance of their duties. Guests are expected to respect these policies and are similarly prohibited from engaging in physical relationships with staff members. Guests are not permitted in any restricted or crew area of the Retreat, including staff office, areas, back-of-house, warehouse, workshop, woodshed, machinery rooms etc.}

_{Verbally Abusive or Offensive Language directed toward anyone, to include guests, staff members, officers, or others is not permitted.}

_{Inappropriate or Abusive Behavior is not permitted. This includes: uninvited physical contact, solicitation, harassment, vandalism, theft, violence, use of fake/false identification, possession of illegal substances/items, placing materials (including signs, banners, decorations, etc.) anywhere within the Retreat, on the exterior of the cabins, placing materials anywhere on the interior of the cabins (including cabin doors, along balconies, etc.) which may be deemed by management as inappropriate, or any other illegal or offensive conduct.}

_{Unsafe Behavior Sitting, standing, lying or climbing on, over or across any exterior or interior railings or other protective barriers, or tampering with Retreat equipment, facilities or systems designed for guest safety is not permitted. Guests may not enter or access any area that is restricted and for the use of staff members. Any other unsafe behavior, including failure to follow security instructions, is not permitted.}

_{Driving on the Retreat Gusts must observe maximum walking speed limit set due to other guests and nighttime fauna. Always keep speed to a minimum and be aware especially at night for wildlife and other guests walking without lights.}

_{Discourteous or Disruptive Behavior grounds, deck and chairs may not be reserved. Public nudity is not permitted and guests must be appropriately attired. Boom boxes or loud radios are not permitted.}

_{Alcohol Sensess guests are expected to be responsible for their actions at all times, including during Sensess arranged transfers to and from Retreats, waiting areas, while on Sensess properties, during tours and excursions. Consuming alcohol to excess impairs one’s judgment and reduces one’s ability to recognize and avoid potentially dangerous situations.}

_{Guests who choose to consume alcohol must do so responsibly. The Retreat staff may refuse to provide alcoholic to any guest who does not consume alcohol responsibly, including those who have pre purchased an all-inclusive experience.}

_{Any guest that violates this alcohol policy will be considered for disciplinary action pursuant to the “Consequences Section” of this Guest Conduct Policy, and may lose their privileges to use the areas or facilities of the Retreat and / or partner venues}

_{Guests who violate any alcohol policy, including when arriving or while in residence; engaging in public alcohol drinking games; or failing to consume alcohol responsibly, will be considered for discipline under the provisions of this policy.}

_{Health & Hand Washing Guests are strongly encouraged to wash their hands with soap and hot water after using the toilet and before eating or handling food. Medical experts say that one of the best ways to prevent contagious illnesses, like gastrointestinal viruses, colds, SARS-CoV and flu, from starting or spreading is to wash your hands thoroughly for at least 20 seconds with soap and hot water after using the toilet and again before eating or handling food.}

_{Illnesses and Isolation of Guests Sensess follows practices and maintains policies that seek to prevent illnesses from affecting our guests. In the event you experience symptoms that indicate a gastrointestinal illness, such as diarrhea or vomiting, or know of someone experiencing these symptoms, you must advise the Retreat staff immediately. In addition, some gastrointestinal illnesses remain contagious up to 72 hours or more after symptoms subside; therefore, if you or someone you know experienced such an illness just prior to your stay, you must immediately notify the Retreat. This will permit the staff to take steps to reduce the chance that your illness will spread to others on the Retreat.}

_{Failure to immediately report a contagious illness to the Retreat staff, or to accurately describe its onset, greatly increases the likelihood the illness will spread to others and is a violation of this Guest Conduct Policy. In the event of a contagious illness, the Retreat staff will take steps to curtail its spread to other guests, partner services and staff, including, if necessary, steps set forth in the Consequences Section below.}

_{Guest Conduct Consequences Failure to act in accordance with this policy, or if a guest's presence within the Retreat creates a concern for safety or security, may result in:}

_{• Removal of certain Retreat privileges, which may include asking the guest to leave or forcefully removed by authorities.}

_{• Removal from Sensess property. Guests removed from a Sensess property pursuant to this policy are responsible for their own accommodations and transportation home, at their expense.}

_{CRIME PREVENTION AND RESPONSE}

_{Sensess has zero tolerance for crime on its properties. We ask all guests to observe appropriate response procedures and available law enforcement processes in the event that an incident occurs.}

_{Guests should immediately report missing persons and criminal activity to Retreat personnel so appropriate action may be taken to ensure the safety and security of all persons on the Retreat. Timely reporting of an incident is also imperative so that necessary law enforcement notifications can be made as expeditiously as possible. Incidents may be reported at any time by contacting reception. Any situations requiring medical assistance can be reported to reception. Sensess reports all incidents and serious criminal incidents such as homicide, suspicious death, kidnapping, assault with serious bodily injury, sexual assaults as defined by existing laws, firing or tampering with safety equipment, or theft of money or property to appropriate law enforcement authorities.}
